March316—A new passionate movement for evangelism

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

MEMPHIS—March316 continues to gain momentum across the globe, announcing a vision to tell the whole world that Jesus Saves—on the same day. March316 is the new International Day of Evangelism, desiring to see every pastor to preach John 3:16 on Sunday, March 16, 2025.

More than 157,000 people die daily without the gospel. If Christians continue to view evangelism as abnormal, that number will only increase. The normalization of evangelism can only occur with a cooperative and rhythmic movement of evangelizing the lost. March316 desires to be the connection point for ministries, churches, and individuals to take the basic idea and create material, methods, strategies, and events to take the gospel to the lost.

With over 150,000 churches, numerous state conventions, and many other church networks and nonprofits already in partnership around the globe, March316 is an opportunity for churches to emphasize evangelism—together.

Desiring to reach every man, woman, boy, and girl with the gospel of Jesus Christ, Dr. Timothy Pigg, pastor of Fellowship Church in southwest Florida and Director of the Conservative Baptist Network, is enthusiastic about the call to intentional evangelism.

“Fellowship Church is committed to March316 because we care about the eternity of one’s soul,” said Pigg. “Our prayer is that many place their faith alone in Christ for their salvation on March 16, 2025.”

Many others—from various Christian fields—are also jumping on board.

“Clearly, the hand of God is all over this opportunity to touch hearts all over this world with the message of salvation on 3/16,” said Robby Dilmore, host of The Christian Car Guy Show on the Truth Network.
